Hey kinda off topic, but I went back and reread a lot if this comic, and I gotta say your art style is so much more unique now, I mean I’m not trying to dissing the old comics or anything, but where you use to do a kind if basic design, even black and white for a while, now you have your own art style that seems a lot more realistic and by next year the comics will probably be in 3-D, rather than the current 2 1/2-D. Anyway my original point is, it’s really interesting to see how you and your art has grown. CD
Wow, thank you a lot! I learned so much over the past eight years or so, mostly through trial and error, and by being inspired by other artists. I didn’t really like the style I was using up until season 10 myself, that’s why I decided to change it. I’m really glad to hear that people reading the comic approve of my decision… I wanted to make the art better and be a better artist. Basically where it is now is where I pretty much wanted to be from the beginning. I’m actually truly proud of the way it looks now, if you haven’t noticed from the lack of “Don’t look at this!” comments and the like.
But thank you! Your comment really means a lot, and makes me feel like my work is worthwhile 🙂
