This is actually an exciting turning point for Kyle, narratively. He has discovered there are things even he won’t do, and given what we know about Kyle so far, we had to wonder if that barrel actually DID have a bottom. You can even see him conflicted about losing what was for him the single wildest sexual adventure he ever had. Though Corky’s reaction here isn’t exactly the greatest. “How DARE you refuse to let me stick eight inches of solid molded plastic in your ass?” is probably the epitome of spoiled-child tantrum.
The concept of “informed consent” appears to be lost on Corky, so she has now qualified as a ‘Duchebag fratboy jerk’. Congratulations, you are now a rapist in training!
Also, this is not the sort of thing you spring on most people to good results, so good job.
As much as I agree with your sentiment, she didn’t force anything upon him, just whined that she didn’t get what she wanted. While this isn’t the most upstanding behavior, I don’t think this qualifies her as a “rapist in training.”
I really don’t recommend throwing around the word ‘rape’ in circumstances where rape is not involved. I would further recommend not trying to tie a person to that term, such as ‘rapist’ or ‘rapist-in-training.’
Rape is extremely serious and needs to continue to be taken as such. The more it’s tossed around as a buzzword to draw eyes, the less the word will have its original and deserved impact.
