Next convention on the list is MASSive Comic Con… which is only two weeks away! It will be June 25-26 at the DCU Center in Worcester, Massachusetts! First time doing this Con, I’m pretty excited, it looks really fun! Hopefully some of you awesome readers will be there, I’d love to meet some of you!

Quick post to let everyone know that I have a Facebook page solely for art and illustrations now! If you have a FB, kindly give me a like, and maybe share with people you know as well? It would be extremely helpful!

You read correctly! We will be selling at the one day Halfway to Granite State Comic Con in Concord, New Hampshire, on April 17. We also have a table at MASSive Comic Con in Worcester of my home state of Massachusetts, which happens June 25-26. And we’ll be back to Vermont Comic Con in August! It’s a super busy year, and I’m stoked about all the events to come! I hope you’ll be able to attend any of these Cons, we’d love to meet more fans ^_^ More details to come as the time draws closer!

Hi peeps!

So my very first table at a convention was (to me) a great success, and I met lots of awesome people, artists and art fans alike. I got to meet the amazing Brian O’Halloran (Dante from Clerks), Dan Parent (artist and writer of Archie), and Bob Camp (co-creator of Ren & Stimpy). ALL of these guys had some influence on my art and story-telling style, so it’s amazing that they were all there, and that I had the privilege of meeting them.

Thanks to all the people who came by our table to see my art, and it even looks like there a few new followers on here and a couple other places! So glad to see that. ^_^ And it was so awesome hearing that people like my art style! It’s so nice to have some confirmation that doing what I love is working out for me ^^

And it was awesome meeting the guys in my FB Vermont Comic Creators group! They are all really cool, and I look forward to being at conventions with them in the future!

Overall, everything was just really great. Talking to con-goers, cosplayers, everyone really was so fulfilling, and I feel like I’m part of a new family now. It’s definitely given me acknowledgement that this is what I should be doing, and doing conventions is definitely something I look forward to hopefully doing a lot more often. I’ve learned a lot from my table neighbors, and hopefully next con will be even better!

And if you didn’t get a chance to go to this year’s VT Comic Con, definitely make sure you try and make it next year! It will be at the same place, but the date will be October 29-30. Right before Halloween! *-* I’m definitely going to be signing up for it… can’t wait! 😀

I know you’re all patiently waiting for the next chapter to start, and the official date will be September 11! I’ve gotten a little bit of buffer going for the storyboarding, so we should be ready to go next week! Thanks for waiting, everyone!

So I’ve been thinking a lot lately about switching the comments section to Disqus comments, and I ran it by Dean, and he’s for it as well. I was thinking it may be easier for readers to leave comments, because once you log in with one website, you’re logged in with all the websites that use it… If you’re not sure what Disqus is, some excellent comics that use it are, Blaster Nation, The Glass Scientists, and Go Get a Roomie.

This September 19-20 is going to be the second annual VT Comic Con and I’m super pleased to say that it’s going to the first time ever Dean and I will be selling at a convention! If you are going to be in the Burlington, Vermont area at the time I hope that you stop by and say hi 😀 I’d love to meet you guys!

I’ve been seeing lots of people writing about how they are confused about who’s in whose body, so I’m reposting this little handy chart in a blog post so you’ll be able to refer to it much easier.

Sorry I have to do this to you guys, (especially since there seems to be a slew of new readers recently… hi everyone!) but I’m not going to be able to get a comic up this Friday. Tomorrow is my only full day off this week, and it just so happens to be my birthday… plus I got called in a couple of days for work earlier than I expected, plus shopping, plus bills, plus Dean’s birthday on Saturday, plus… a ton of stuff. It’s just kind of insane this week. So unfortunately, I’m going to have to put the comic on hold for a week, but hopefully there should be no problems next week. I always feel bad about doing this, and hopefully you guys understand. Thank you for putting up with me, and I love you all ^_^
